CTBREC Web download proxy info and RULES. This was made as a courtesy so you can download direct, vs from Git Releases(requires login).

Downloads are RATE LIMITED *(Thanks to some idiot). If you get an error, try again after 10+ minutes.
Download links are ONE TIME USE and tied to your IP, so only click the link once and let it download. If you click multiple times or try to reuse the same link, it will likely get you rate limited or banned from downloading.
This also means, NO proxies, NO VPNs, NO tor, NO VPS, NO cloud servers, NO download managers that open multiple connections, etc. They willNOT work and will get your IP Banned.
Doing abnormal activities aside from just clicking the link once and downloading will likely get you banned.
Do NOT try and use the same download links on multiple devices

5.4.6-J62 ======================== Fixed Stripchat broken playback/recording - Implemented past and new pkeys and xor combos (3 pair) - Implemented settings>sites>stripchat: Mouflon Key table to add/edit/delete pairs (to prevent need to update program when stripchat changes keys) - added Sync key pairs from remote source (easy sync of all current known key pairs) - (WIP) - Working on adding automatic key decryption (keys change, stream fails to load, automatically gets new key and saves as new pair, ctbrec retry's & streams/records without issue). uploaded on patreon for members and anyone who desperately is seeking the fix https://www.patreon.com/posts/158633169 Will be uploaded to https://files.ctbrec.com/ and the git later once I am home and have access to those servers.

In an effort to provide reliable git/code hosting (code that's not going to get DMCA banished from GitHub), website and file hosting for CTBREC and all related resources, it does not come at no cost. (roughly $0.05-$0.09/GB JUST for Outbound Traffic) Free/Secure/Reliable do not go together. As you can see above, our bandwidth usage grows quite large each month.

These files (the code, website, releases) cannot be trusted to live on some 3rd party resource where they have control. (We have experienced this before with this project(DMCA Removals, Github Removal specifically). Therefore, we host them ourselves and we pay the price. If you would like to support and give back to what this free program has provided to you, we would greatly appreciate helping keep the servers on and the bandwidth costs paid!

Keep in mind: This bandwidth usage/graph is REAL TIME and only month to date. At the start of the month may look very small, but it is not a full reflection of what total monthly bandwidth usage is until the end of the month.
